Newman management & consulting GmbH (hereinafter “Nmc”) is responsible for the processing of personal data. Nmc has implemented numerous organizational and technical measures to ensure the most complete protection of the processed personal data. However, internet-based data transfers can have security vulnerabilities, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, each person is free to transmit your personal data to us via alternative means of transmission (e.g. by telephone).

- Customer’s business address and other addresses
- Customer’s inquiry/requests
How is personal data used?
We only collect, process and use any personal data that you have voluntarily provided to us.
We use personal data to
- contact our customers and prospective customers in course of the business initiation and to support existing customers (in particular with customer meetings, calls, sending offers, contracts and information) and
- for own advertising purposes (in particular with sending offers, advertising brochures, newsletters and other broadcasts) and
- for the purpose of referring to the existing or former business relationship with the customer (reference note).
We process and transmit personal data in the context of our business relations with customers and suppliers.
How long do we keep personal data and how do we keep personal data up to date?
We use various contact options (e.g. telephone) to ensure that your personal data is complete, correct and up to date.
If you contact us via a form on the website or any other contact option offered, your data will be stored with us for a maximum of six months for the purpose of processing the request and in the case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
What technologies do we use for web analysis?
This website uses the web analysis service “Google Analytics” of company Google Inc. (“Google”)/USA. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. This is a small text filethat allows you to analyze the use of the website by your users. The resulting information is transferred to Google’s server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.
This website uses the possibility of IP anonymization offered by Google Analytics. This will shorten your IP address from Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, comcompile reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
We have signed a contract with Google for order data processing.
The data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG as well as Art 6 (1) lit a (consent) and/or Art 6 (1) lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is kept for a period of 6months.
As described above, you can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. What are your rights?
In principle, you have the rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
